Payment and Refund Policy


Cost (per person) of attending Explore London 2014 Workshop & Tour:

Standard Registration $3485
Early Bird Registration (10% Discount) $3135
Single Room Supplement $885
Deposit (25%) $870
Accompanying Non-Photographer $1985


All workshop / tour participants and accompanying non-photographer friends / partners must pay a deposit equal to 25% of the standard registration fee at the time of booking.

To be eligible for an Early Bird Discount you must book and pay in full prior to 30 June 2014.

Final payment for all workshop / tour participants and non-photographer friends / partners must be received no later than Wednesday 21 July 2014.

Registrations made after 21 July 2014 must be paid in full at the time of registration. 

All quoted prices are subject to change at any time due to currency fluctuations and hotel availability.

Refund Policy

If any participant or accompanying friend / partner who has registered for a workshop / tour subsequently withdraws their registration, the following refund policy will apply:

Less than 60 days before commencement of workshop / tour

No refund

60 - 90 days before commencement of workshop / tour

Full deposit amount will be forfeited. All other payments already made will be refunded

91 - 120 days before commencement of workshop / tour

Full cost of registration will be refunded, less a fee of $750 per registration

120+ days before commencement of workshop / tour

Full refund will be issued

All withdrawals of registration must be advised in writing (email) and acknowledged by Ken Lyons Photography.
